Megalon's interlining fabric plant was the first manufacturing facility of its kind in Indonesia.

Megalon's first operational plant had its first roll-out in 1981 and today comprises some 11,800 square metre of manufacturing and warehousing facilities as well as administration offices.

The Plant has an annual production capacity of approximately 40.5 million yds. of non-woven and coated interlining fabrics. It operates state-of-the-art equipments relying on the latest processed- coating technology. It also takes pride in a modern, fully-equipped engineering workshop, enabling repair and maintenance work on plant machinery to be performed instantly, reducing downtime significantly.

With fully-equipped facilities, Megalon has always been counted upon to deliver its products consistently, in good quality and on time. These capabilities are fully enhanced by the strategic location of Megalon's plant, with their direct toll road access to both Jakarta's international airport and main seaport, doing away with unnecessary delays and cumbersome transport of products to customers and markets.

Megalon continues to improve product quality as well as increase production capacity

To accommodate the rapidly growing demand for interlining materials, particularly in support of increasing export sales. Megalon opened a second production facility in 1995. With an installed annual production capacity which currently stands at 54 million yds. of non-woven interlining fabrics.

More modern than the first plant, and equipped with the latest in computerized non-woven machineries in the industry today, the Plant has been designed to allow for significant future expansion in the production capacity and capability of Megalon.

Both the plants will cater to Megalon's growing production in the coming years
